The pousada is very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. To get to the pousada by car you need to drive up in rough road but don't get intimitaded by the bad condition, once you get there you can leave your car and walk down to the city, about 10-15 min.

Very nice, clean and quite place a top the hill. Very friendly owner and staff that gave us great park information. Having breakfast w the monkeys was quite a treat!

We rented 3 rooms here for before and after a trek in Chapada Diamantina. It was the perfect spot; a short walk to town, but up in the hills with great views. The terrace for breakfast is really nice, as is an upper terrace above it with views of the valley. Staff is very friendly.

A pousada é muito gostosinha de ficar, mas acho a estrada de acesso ruim, bem chatinha para chegar de carro. Mas a pousada é linda, confortável e silenciosa, café da manhã razoável.

Comment être à la fois tout proche de la bourgade coloniale de Lençóis sans toutefois être impacté par le bruit de la ville et son surtourisme ? La pousada do Alto do Cajueiro offre cette possibilité, située à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique (15 en remontant), perdue dans la verdure tropicale et offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Petit déjeuner hyper soigné, l'hôtel nous a contacté à l'avance pour connaître nos restrictions alimentaires, du jamais vu ! Et la réception m'a aidé très gentiment à tenter de résoudre un problème aérien. J'ai pris avec mon épouse une chambre basique, un peu juste en superficie mais avec une literie queen size impeccable et un AC très précis. Que du bonheur, on y retournera !
