All the staff are incredibly friendly and responsive! There’s a coffee machine and microwave downstairs for guests to use. The room was clean and spacious. However, our room was on the top floor (4th floor), while the bathroom was on the ground floor, which might be inconvenient for older guests. Aside from that, everything was great. The location is also very close to the train station.
