Wi-Fi didn’t work tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi either Breakfast very poor Would not stay again

Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!!

Good place to stay, close to the mall and to the interlagos track

The property is across the street to a large shopping mall. The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.

it was the third time i stayed at the hotel; but this time when i got there they told me i didn´t have a reservation; it was like 20min until they found it. except for this issue it was very okay.

Good hotel specially for bussiness trip. Comfortable and clean. Good rules for Covid 19, with safe breakfast and on time (food options / time chosen the day beforel)!

The hotel is clean, friendly staff. No room service but I ordered from IFood.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is amazing as well! I have been staying in this same hotel for 10 years now and they just get better! The rooms are clean and updates! The mall is right in front of it and you have everything you need within walking distance.

Quality of the beds were great very comfortable. Friendly staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and they had food/drinks at the hotel. Public transit right out front, mall across the street and approximately $20 CDN to get downtown by taxi which they hotel can arrange for you as well. Close to the local (not international airport) and you can take a bus from the local airport to the international airport for approximately $15 CDN. We will be staying again at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast buffet style was excellent. Shopping Mall with movie theater right across the street from hotel. Took an uber to the Templo of solomon for worship. 🔥🔥🔥 Ibis has good location. I had a good experience. Have a blessing day

カートをしたかったので、インテルラゴスのカート場に近めのこのホテルにしました。 ホテルの窓からもサーキットが少し見えました。 ショッピングモールと隣接してるので、食事にも買い物にもとっても助かりました。 事前にリオの店で注文したものを滞在時に受け取ることも了承してくれましたが、それがお店の手違いでホテル滞在中に届かないというハプニングがありました。 それでも、不在中に受け取って預かってくれて、帰国前に受け取ることができました。 便利で快適、スタッフも優しく親切で、とってもおすすめ出来ます。
