Front desk staff pleasant, clean room, nice bed. Front desk staff immediately took care of excessive noise issue next door at 1:00AM.

Decent size rooms compared other places. Clean building and’s rooms.

Great facility with beautiful rooms and super convenient to Teterborough airport.

I like the cleanliness and the speed. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the bed. They were supposed to be queen size but looked like a full size.

We stayed at this location to be close to American Dream Mall. The hotel is average. Water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The shower definitely needs to be updated, definitely new caulking, as some areas looked a little moldy. The bedside lamps need tightening as they were leaning. I wouldn’t go to this location again personally. I had a much better experience at the Florida location I visited. The hotel did ask if they could send maintenance up to fix the lamps, but I told them we were busy at the moment.

The property was okay, but I didn't feel it was worth over $300 a night. The rugs were stained and should be replaced immediately. Additionally, I was not aware that this was a dog-friendly hotel, which could explain the stains and dirty carpets.
