Staff was lovely. Room was a bit dated but big and spacious and wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

We had a delux double. Large and comfortable.

Welcoming staff checked us in, gave us a glass of Prosecco and then sat down with us to give recommendations of what to see and where to eat. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable.

Great location right on the water. Trogir is a short walk and access to Split is also quite easy. Food was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Staff were awesome and hotel was amazing.

A few weird experiences. The may let herself into my bedroom to leave a letter on the bed introducing the hotel without knocking the coffee machine was missing and I have to call up. They told me that it gone for service I may or may not have one and there was some bits and bobs as the photos attached in the drawer of the bathroom top of the make up shadow an old bag and a few hairs around the sink itself

Hotel a little superficial and looking a little tired. No assistance with bags on immediate arrival. Shower was poorly fitted so difficult to wash without wetting the floor. Breakfast was great, and staff attentive.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel very close to the lovely old town or Trogir. I loved it so much that I am returning for a couple days before I go home

Beautiful luxurious hotel, exceeded our expectations. Very charming boutique feel. Top bedding and furniture. Great staff and breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed our stay. Walkable to old town. We will be back.

The pool is very nice and unlike many, the airplanes overhead did not bother me, they were few enough that it was interesting rather than bothersome. The chocolates at the desk were great and my massage at the spa was wonderful. Breakfast (Included) was top notch with aself serve Blood Mary and Mimosa option.

The staff were very nice. The facility was beautiful. The rooms can differ vastly. One of our rooms was nearly double in size compared to the other one, same there is only one restaurant on the property while the staff is great the food is overall not good. The breakfast was the best part.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived and the staff was so helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and a short walk to the main city of Trogir. Our room was beautiful with plenty of space but our one complaint was that all area rugs were very stained and dirty. We put towels down so our kids could walk without shoes but otherwise the hotel was amazing. The morning breakfast was very nicely done and the hotel staff was superb!

A good quality hotel, could be elevated if a few things were improved upon. Staff were all generally very good, especially the breakfast team. I had an issue with the curtains in my room, they simply weren’t wide enough, even the maintenance guy said they were badly made. They let way too much light in from 5am. I spoke to the reception staff several times about it and while it was clearly not going to be possible to address it properly during the course of my stay, they didn’t apologise, were generally indifferent to it and offered no solutions, not even a complimentary drink by way of apology. The fridge in the room was totally useless, it was basically a storage area. We received a bottle of water in the room on the first day and that was it, pretty poor that a 4 star hotel in a warm country doesn’t offer a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfasts were good but again, little details like the orange juice not being proper orange juice and food left open to all the flies and wasps, were lacking.

Property is gorgeous. Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in training. Otherwise, fantastic location. Great kitchen. Great food. I would return.

Great location for Trogir away from the crowd but close enough to walk easily. Great service. Nice pool and beach in front.

Amazing hotel with a pool and beach. The staff is very friendly and helped play with our kiddo. It is a short 10 minute walk to old town trogir. The food, service and hotel property are amazing and very family friendly! They have a playroom and playground for kids on site. Would stay here again for sure.
