Staffs were nice and breakfast buffet was great and free. But there was no reply to my questions before my arrival.

The service is poor, careless customer. I would like to complain of that hotel even we just take 1 photo shoot wearing wedding dress and they ask us to pay 200$ because of the hotel policy.

This is a large hotel which worked well for our large group. If we were traveling in a smaller group we would probably prefer a smaller hktel.

It had been nearly 10 years since I visited Siem Reap so I was pleasantly surprised to see this well run resort hotel. Grand Sokhalay is huge but it' well staffed and kept in great condition. Our room was in tip top shape, the outdoor pools were beautiful and clean, and the crew were prompt and polite with our requests. I'll definitely return to this resort when I visit Siem Reap again.
