Hotel reception service is very bad, feels rude to guests. Access road to the hotel is quite difficult to park a very small car. The condition of the room smells musty and the smell of the carcass feels a bit sticky ac broken (not cool at all)

The location is close to the Bali bomb monument and also Kuta beach. The place is comfortable even though in the alley but pickups such as grab and go car can still enter. It's just that the room air conditioner is not cold enough.

staff named dayu is very rude woman. she is not good in front office and yelled to the guest. this is not my first time stay here but always meet this very rude woman. all facility is good, pool is good, hot water run fast. this hotel going bad because of her. less manners

It's hard to get to the location if you bring a large vehicle. The pool is nice, the bed is okay. Only the smell in the bathroom is not good.
