The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. During my 3-day, 2-night trip to Hue, I accidentally left my 2 million VND handbag at the hotel. Luckily, two staff members, Ngoan and An, helped me pack it and send it to a delivery service. I'm truly grateful for their friendliness and enthusiasm; I will definitely return to Hue next time!

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is that the road in front of the hotel is a bit narrow, making it prone to traffic jams.
