Room 109 had a distinct musty old towel odour - very strong! Had to open the door and windows to try and air out the room. Contacted staff and they provided a fan to move air around, but as hotel was apparently sold out, we could not be moved to any other room. Breakfast consisted of a coffee and prepackaged muffin. Would not stay here again or recommend to others.

Beside the fact that our room smelled like fish, everything was okay.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable? Our exit to the outside door had a gap at the bottom where bugs could get in.

The hotel was clean and convenient, with an additional door providing direct access to the parking lot. However, it doesn't quite feel like a 4-star property; it’s more like a nice 3-star hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was great especially having a small couch. The location was very central and all the major St. John’s attractions were within a 20 minute drive. There were also lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very helpfull. Helped us with anything we needed. Queen size bed seemed small but we are use to a king bed.

We really liked our stay here. Great location, straight way to and from airport. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. It was nice to unload our luggage directly from our car parked by back entrance to our room. We would stay again without any hesitation. And the price is best you would find in NF! And nice people in reception too!

Since we travelled in a rented vehicle (no GPS) we relied on cell phones/Google Maps. Consequently, finding the hotel was a challenge as Google Maps took us one (1) mile past the hotel into an industrial area. Frustrating! We phoned the hotel for directions and solved the problem satisfactorily. The hotel needs to correct this issue with Google Maps as they said they’d had similar problem with other guests. Staff were congenial. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Double beds were a good size but uncomfortable, as were the pillows.

The facility was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay close to the airport. A great price compared to downtown St. John's hotels. Highly recommend.

handy location to the airport

The room is like a light house keeping room. The rates were reasonable. We had to catch an early plane and the two hotels near the airport were ridiculously expensive. We took the number one from Crossroads and were at the airport in 15 minutes. If you are dropping off a rental, this is the hotel to stay in.

This was the only Hotel of 3 that we stayed at that had Hotel Info and brochures in the actual room as well as at the Reception area. Great recommendation for good reasonably priced meals near by and Irving Big Stop Restaurant. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Also, close to highway access.
