excellent location and the hot bath (outdoor) was great

The location of the hotel is right in front of the station and close to walking distance to Dotonbori. The check-in process is very fast and the room size is spacious. Overall the room and bathroom are clean. Recommended.

The accomodation is clean, helpfull staff and very good location. Close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping area. Just 10 minutes walk. Access to Namba Station in front of Hotel and also close to OCAT. So you can bring your luggage with no worries. It's nice to stay here.

The room is very wide, can accommodate 3-4 people comfortably. The big bathtub is near to JR namba. The room is quiet, the wall is not thin, the bed is comfortable, the peace is provided.

Great location! Subway exit is at your front door. You can easily walk to Namba walk, shopping and eating area. Hotel staff was really nice. She helped us find a delicious ramen shop too. The room is new and clean.

Helpful staff. Location close the station gate but need to walk quiet far to get the platform.

The hotel is good, very fast service which I originally ordered 2 types of rooms so 2 rooms of the same type. Because Kanade hotel has 2 buildings, so be careful for family vacations, because there are different types of building rooms, if you want to order the same type or if there is a direct one room fill a lot (if any) the location is very close to the entrance the train station, but for those who carry a lot of luggage may be considered looking for another line because the nearest route is a ladder.

The location of hotel is good but bed is too small and not in good quality. Staff was O.K. but not quite good in english to communicate.

We had a great rest in Kanade Hotel Namba. Location is good, very near to Namba station, near so many kinds of restaurant and near good places in Namba, Dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba, as long as you love walking around. We got upgrade of room type, lucky us, very clean room, everything was great, so comfortable place. The app helped us a lot.

Good location and close to everywhere

The hotel is near the center of the crowd (Dotonburi-Osaka) walking distance of about 20 meters. The rooms are not the size of an Indonesian standard room, but all the necessities are there, the service is good, just have to be observant when ordering because not all rooms in Japanese hotels are automatic for 2 guests (yesterday had an extra charge).

The hotel is near Namba Station. Staff are kind and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.
