The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the water is safe, the AC is super cold. Definitely recommended.

The room is really small, but clean and very strategic place.

The receptionist at 7 pm is not there. The hotel access card was forgotten to be given, the clerk only gave us the key to enter the room, so when we returned to the hotel we had to wait in front of the hotel like fools. There is no WhatsApp to call, just a regular phone but because I'm a tourist, we don't have a phone card there, only a quota card. Luckily I had a relative there and could help call the number listed to open the door.

Worst stay ever. Used to stay here quite often back in 2017/18, despite the simple room arrangement, it was clean. Came back in 2023, became the worst place that I've ever stayed in. My initial room was uncleaned, and had a big cockroach between the bed and the wall. Paid extra for a replacement room with window, this time a huge cockroach appeared on my walkway. Cheap doesn't mean that it has to be dirty.

Dirty room, dirty spray, difficult to find vehicle parking.

Hot shower water sometimes doesn't work and the water often doesn't turn on. Empty bath soap. There are no TV channels. Dirty sheets, no towels, no doormats.

Good location, however the room was way too small compare to the pictures shown.

Blackout/no electricity. Tido in a state of pnas And sweating .. Terpakaa checkout mlm that too.

When I stayed in there, their bed is not clean enough with bedbugs or fleas.

Noise from outside is annoying for a light sleeper like me. Unfriendly staff. Bed sheets, gosh.. God knows how long it has not been changed, dirty. Malfunction toilet light.

The rooms are narrow, once the smell of cigarette smoke comes in. For the sheets I'm dirty, there's hair. For foreigners, you get cas 10 ringgit per night.

Very close to eating places and walking around. Unfortunately there is no elevator and the location of the hotel is not read by grab. But it can be replaced by the location of RJ Ayam Bakar. The price is cheap so it is suitable for vacation trips.

Cheap pricing & processing is very easy. But we had itching while sleeping. It is possible the sheets were not exchanged or cleaned. Hopefully the next stay will not happen again.

Very strategic location. The rooms are indeed small but very clean. Every time you go to Kuching, you will always stay here.

Last checkup 12.30, but I asked for more because of the zohor prayer, so I was very pleased that he refused to impose any chrge on the request for more cheekup to fulfill the duty of performing the prayer, the location is very strategic.

Nice and clean unfortunately the rooms are a bit small, the others are all ok.
