Unprofessional staff Noisy Room smells of cigarettes Air conditioner smells bad Water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold

The hotel is clean but I would like to suggest more toilet paper and tissues. There is no toilet paper in the room.

I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel and of course I would recommend the hotel to a friend when coming to Hanoi

Booked and paid this hotel by using traveloka is much much cheaper. No problem at all during the check in. And I was lucky enough, my room was upgraded in this hotel 😊😊

The furniture looks very new and everything is good.
