Cool hotel, surrounded by city of dream, shuttle to central macau / senado free, bf ok unfortunately the swimming pool is being renovated.

Everything is fabulous and everyone is so accommodating, from hotel guards to hotel associates. I’m glad I chose to stay in this hotel, I feel so pampered and well taken cared. It’s an amazing experience.

Wynn Palace exceeded my expectation by miles. When I queued, they kindly asked me to go to VIP registration. Then, they upgraded my rooms. The room was 100m square. It's amazing indeed.The amenities were covered in gold. The TVs were so huge! The lighting brightness could be adjusted. The drapes & sheers were controlled electronically. The walk in closet, the shower, the bath tub, all were amazing. The concierge really helped me out when I want to book shows. The staffs were attentive & friendly. They are simply amazing!

The room is very nice, clean and spacious. Overall, I'm very glad that I've stayed there.

The hotel is satisfactory, the room space is really cool, the service is pretty good. No regrets I choose Wynn Hotel Cotai.

Beautiful hotel with free transport from Taipa outer terminal to hotel and also free to go to Macau city and the venetian hotel, etc. Customer service also let us to early check in when we arrive early 2 hours before. My kids also like this hotel and will come back again.

Out of all the Hotels dan Resort I have tried in Macau, (n trust me I have tried alot The Venetians, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Galaxy, City of Dreams dan others) the Wynn Palace has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Price might be alot more expensive than the others, but it is worth the extra spending. You will get ur money worth.

Super nice hotel! Upgraded to fountain view suite since we are in honeymoon trip. Everything is just perfect. Definitely will come back. Compulsory stay here if we go to macau. Totally recommended.
