Clean, convenience,safe parking available.

Great affordable place to stay in the area. Appreciate in particular the kitchenette and ease of access.

The staff at the desk was exceptional when I arrived. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have remembered staying here. It was pricey for what I had for a night. It had wifi, a bed and a shower. It was simple.

WORST WIFI I’ve experienced at any hotel. The WiFi speed was like going back 20 years to dark ages. The speed was excruciatingly slow. We were told the wifi is bad in our room and there’s nothing that could be done. The WiFi couldn’t download anything, even the free Marseille airport wifi was 100x faster. I had to buy mobile data for the family to share. The Aircon was good downstairs but didn’t get upstairs so it was cool in the living room and very hot in bedroom. We asked for additional towels and were charged for replacement towels even though we stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were also not cleaned and they said that cleaning was for stays below 3 nights 😩. Very disappointing property for a great location and decent customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, location near metro station, parking was great and easy but the room wasn’t clean well and the pillows were very old and smelly,

Clean and friendly hotel. Good size room with a/c. Well located for local metro station and bus. Good boulangerie and convenience store closely.

1. close proximity to train/bus but hotel should list the name of stop in the hotel info- that would have been helpful our first day 2. most staff speak some English although we speak/understand some French. 3. Room was acceptable in terms of space, no outside sound, and felt very safe in hotel and in the neighborhood. This is the first hotel I stayed inwhich there was one set of towel and was told that if I need clean towel I need to wash the ones issued myself for 6 euros to wash and dry. There was no cleaning of the room and was told that I have what to clean the room. That appears to be the policy; however, the staff was incredible with making adjustments realizing that we were not informed that this is the expectation. The hotel setup is as an apartment intended for French family staying for some time and not necessarily for oversea tourist. In the end, we made the best of it and had a great time.

Decent accommodation, however quite far from the centre. Metro close by! And good staff!

Clean, staff were helpful. Location isn’t great as there isn’t too much around, so you need to take the metro for everything.

The hotel and our room were kept neat and clean. Additional hygiene measures were taken by providing desinfectant at the entrance and the elevators. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally forgot our room key in the room one day and the nice lady at the reception helped us out quickly. Everything in the room as functional (incl. AC, kitchenette and bathroom) and the bed was really comfortable! The only issue was the shower, which tended to do it's own thing regarding the temperature sometimes. Not a big deal for us though but I can see some people not being happy about it. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Un poco alejado del vieux port pero un metro que esta a 5 minutos a pie del hotel nos dejo en el centro. Supermercado muy cerca.

Very good reception!

I stayed at this hotel twice within a month due to its proximity to friends I was visiting. Both rooms had a kitchenette that consisted on a small fridge, a microwave and a small electric plaque. There were some kitchen utensils as well as a few (3-4?) plates, cups and bowls. Pretty convenient for quick meals. The main kitchenette light under the microwave didn't work in either room I stayed. The bathrooms were clean, but the sink had very little room for toiletries for more than one guest. Both times there were problems with the magnetized card, which is needed to use the elevator. I got out after other guest entered the elevator. Funny, until it happens a second time. The receptionist checked that indeed the card didn't work in the elevator. On my second visit I had booked 2 twin beds in advance. At check in they told me my guest and I would have to share a bed; no twin beds. So beware of trusting your reservation, they won't honor it.

Clean hotel with friendly front-desk. The neighbourhood's not great (and not many restaurants), but it's convenient for the Metro

Enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient. Room and floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which was a bit annoying but the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and satisfied.

Carpark littered with human waste...beach about 20 min drive. Sofa cover filthy. Corridors unkept.

Nice hotel, apartment, hob, mini kitchen. Need metro to get to city. Metro cheap and reliable. Area not great. Lidl supermarket nearby. Pleasant staff. No room service. Extra costs for clean towels and sheets. No broom to sweep or mop provided. Good security. Would have liked closer hotel room.
