Our stay at Hotel Embrujo was a delightful one. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub that came with our room. Parking was convenient and the staff made sure we had the after hour numbers to call for access if needed. There was a bit of road noise, but most of that subsided by 10:30pm. We were even able to enjoy the Saturday night fireworks from our room which was a treat. While we were there we enjoyed both a dinner and a breakfast. The house salad was very fresh and the Pizza Embrujo was delicious. Morning coffee was nice and strong and the wait staff was very courteous. The fruit plate was yummy as was the spinach frittata.

From the pictures,I was expecting something small and quaint but to my surprise,the size and quality of the room blew me away! The staff reached out to me before my arrival and I was met at the door by such a lovely and warm crew of people! Everyone was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had,the room was absolutely stunning and gorgeous,and breakfast at the restaurant left me satisfied and ready to tackle the day. My only regret was not booking a longer stay! I know EXACTLY where I will be staying next time I visit Morelia! I felt like royalty here!

The atmosphere was perfect! This has to be, without a doubt, my favorite place I have ever stayed.

A beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly service, beautiful garden spots and a lovely terrace.

Lovely comfortable suite. Bed was comfortable. Hot shower with fluffy towels was a delight at the end of the day. Very clean and great maid service. I don't speak Spanish and the staff was kind and helpful.

A beautiful building with spacious rooms that includes a mini living room. Wonderful decor and extreme friendly staff. Highly recommended for those that don't want standard hotels. Will always stay there when I go back.

solo ver el tem del agua caliente

El personal es muy amable pero los siguientes puntos fueron lo negrativo. Limpieza … sábanas manchadas, paredes del baño sucias y con pelos incluso, mucho ruido de la avenida y la música del restaurante y en cuidado del medio ambiente hay un perro en el lote del estacionamiento en mal estado y se nota que desnutrido. No se si es del hotel el lote pero al tener el estacionamiento ahí mismo algo pueden hacer por el animal

Instalaciones

La habitacion esta excelente, me encantó que cuenta con una pequeña terraza y desayunador. El único problema fue que solo tienen agua tibia, por ende, la bañera de hidromasaje no se disfruta completamente.

El hotel es una casa remodelada, primero como restaurante, luego como hotel, por lo tanto los cuartos son extremadamente ruidosos ya que el restaurante esta en la parte alta de las habitaciones, se escucha cada silla que se mueve y también la limpieza de las áreas (que inicia a las 7:00 AM), ademas la vialidad de acceso es una avenida muy importante y por lo tanto... muy ruidosa! Eso si hay que reconocer que la ambientación de la casa esta muy bien lograda y los jardines son muy bonitos. Definitivamente no me volvería a quedar aquí pero si al restaurante.

The room was confortable but tje services were bad, I had a problem with my booking, I was booked with meals but in the Booking from the hotel, it was not stablished, when I was discussed this point with the manager, because in my Booking I really had meals. But they never considered it, because in the booking of them did not said with meals, actually the Hotels team help me and back me the diference in money for the meals, the manager from the hotel put in defensive position, and saw for himself interest. I Traveled a lot, and if I had a problem with the Booking, the others Hotels always saw first in the customer.
