I apologize for having to give an honest review to other guests. The price is probably affordable for the local market for a villa with a private pool. However, other aspects include the location, which is a bit remote, the garden is neglected, and the villa appears to have been neglected for a long time. Although staff are present, the condition of the villa is very uncomfortable and unattractive, as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. It feels spooky and uncomfortable. Upon entering the villa, the sliding door is fragile and eaten by termites, almost falling off. The paint is peeling, moldy, and not very clean. The air conditioning and hot water are good. The staff are very kind and helpful. However, the overall stay was uncomfortable and not recommended. The villa needs renovation to be habitable.

The pool and room were so dirty, even the bathroom as well. The villa seems like a very old property, until finally we moved to another villa just because we did not feel comfortable at all. Maybe you can improve, especially your cleanliness.

The service was friendly, but it's a shame the villa was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The beds only had clean sheets and clean towels. The pool water wasn't clean, the floor wasn't mopped, and the bathroom floor was crawling with worm-like creatures, I don't know what they were. I found cigarette ash on the front seat and a liquor lid on the floor inside the villa. The cleanliness is really lacking, and I hope you guys can improve.

The walls of the villa and the walls of the room were moldy, the bathroom was an outdoor theme but behind it was directly outside without any bars or additional iron fences, so I was worried about sleeping because people could climb the bathroom wall and the door to the bathroom area had no lock.

To be honest, I've never stayed at this villa, because the most important thing is to SEE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. My mistake was that I didn't check reviews, only looking at the location and price. PLEASE CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS TOO, GUYS, BECAUSE that's what made me decide not to stay there.

The staff is very friendly, and they allowed me to check out late yesterday. But as for the building, if you're a bit timid, it'll be scary to stay there. Since I like that kind of atmosphere, I enjoyed it. The only downside is the cleanliness.

The AC is noisy, so it's disturbing when sleeping, the pool is also dirty, there's not enough lighting outside the room so it seems haunted, there are lots of insects and frogs, the walls are peeling, there are stains on the pillows so it's uncomfortable.
