The location is very strategic, close to everything, even within walking distance. The unit's facilities are very complete, spacious, and the environment is safe.

Everything is fine, this is my second time here. Last time everything was ok, but this time I stayed in the wrong apartment and now there is a small patch, I hope the landlord will handle and complete this part, then it will be perfect🙏

It was a really nice stay, feels like home. It's also close to anywhere. Vortex is all you need for your stay in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely will come back here someday, for Mr. Adib and Mr. Imran you guys are really helpful, thanks 😉

Kamar bagus, tapi sayang tidak ada customer service yang melayanai saat tiba malam di Vortex. Kita dilayani oleh tangan kedua pemilik kamar yang tidak jelas tanpa identitas pengurus apartemen dan tidak diberikan bukti uang jaminan kamar saat menginap meskipun pada hari terakhir uang jaminan diberikan.

Good room, good location, and good service. Near Petronas Twin Tower, near Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Sungei Wang. Good for vacation with family.

The location is near everywhere, you want to smoke down, can wash clothes, friendly service, big and clean room.

Actually its awesome stay there but unfortunately from beginning I been thought that my view is nice KL scenarios likes KLCC tower . When arrived there my view was "Kubur".

Service is very poor and check-in takes too long to wait for apartment staff because office is not in the apartment. And we were billed to have to pay 100 ringgit for cleaning money to stay for 2 days. Even though there was no room cleaning during our stay and the deposit was also asked for 200 ringgit for 2 days. So don't ever stay at this place. And the pelus must be responsible for leviing 100 ringgit even though we have paid the room price according to the order for 2 days. Be careful when staying at the kuala lumpur apartment.

The place is really good. near everywhere the Pineapple Hill MRT is close by. go bus stop if it's close. suitable for families.

I am happy to be able to stay at Vortek Klcc. Convenient and close to the twin tower and the KLCC tower. Easier access because it goes through the KL bus. The staff is friendly and I feel satisfied with the service.

Big and spacious room, near to KLCC, had amazing petronas tower view from the room.

Overall okay but several problems with maintenance
