Very friendly staff. Very quiet and clean room. near 7_11.comfortable. highly recommended. feel very safe. definitely my next business trip staying here.

The hotel is quite nice, clean. Our room is family room with small balcony outside. However, the weather outside is very hot so we nearly close it for all time. The staff is quite nice. The surrounding area has many restaurants and a big cosmetic shop on the way to the hotel. The price of service there is quite cheaper that Bangla road. It takes around 20 minutes to walk Bangla road. However, the hotel is not on the main road (and hard to catch tuk tuk or taxi at the lobby of hotel) so if you are not strong enough to walk a bit, kindly consider it.

Unfriendly staff. Asking for tissue is hard. Accused of being not. Pas check out had to pay the drinks that were supposed to go in compliment.

The facilities and service are satisfactory. rooms every day well cleaned. But officers are less friendly to visitors
