The staff is the main reason I will be returning! So helpful, accommodating and pleasant! On top of a clean hotel, they helped me out with a couple small asks and were happy to help. Thank you for a great stay Rodeway Inn, and for being so wonderful to deal with after a long day of driving! My cat, Walter, and I will absolutely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the bathroom needs more attention. dirty shower curtains, room was dusty and some stains around the tv -phone. window some molds. talked to the front desk, brushed it off saying the second floor wasn't used for weeks.....agent was friendly, breakfast was pretty good.

We weren't worried about food. It was just a place to sleep. We've stayed there before, no complaints. The problem is, it smells like cigarette smoke and it's musty . I could smell it taste it. Never got any sleep. Used to be good. Not so much anymore.

We requested a handicapped accessible room. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms were booked six months in advance. We were shown the only available room and it was not suitable. The desk clerk cautioned us against booking online. We ended up at another hotel owned by the same people, with a suitable room.

It was nice, nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and good parking.

Convenient location and close to Smitty’s

Staff was mostly friendly with exceptions. Kitchen had no working appliances. No tea pot, no kettle. Broken Keurig machine. Cards for door did not work repeatedly. Light bulbs missing. No room service except on day 6, before we left. The guest laundry closes at 8.30pm. AC in the room did not cool efficient. It was not over 26⁰ outside, and that made it bareable. We had a connecting room. Door lockable. The door made barely a difference to the noise. I will avoid staying there again.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The floors and carpets would have gotten a 5/5 but there are construction workers staying there (and will be continuing to stay there) that forget to bang the mud off their boots before walking in the hotel - it's no fault of the staff - they clean it up and 5 minutes later it happens again. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help with anything you needed.

We ended up leaving as soon as we entered the room. Mattresses don’t have zippered covers, old mattresses, stains on sheets, including blood. Exposed and stained box spring. Staff was nice and reimbursed us.
