The room was absolutely beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the staff were so courteous! We had an amazing stay.

The hotel was amazing! We had a private onsen room, which was very relaxing before having beautiful 5 course dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff were so kind and friendly to us. We don’t speak Japanese but we were made to feel very welcome.

I like to give them 6 stars.

Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY.

This upscaled hotel is truly a testament of “you pay for what you get “. It maybe a bit pricey but the level of service and the presentation of food in this boutique hotel is world-class, second to none. The hotel is new and is situated on the hillside overlooking the Atami bay, super quipand quaint. A great place for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Verry nice view from room & bathroom. Seashore,Atami-port,mountains ,looks like minuture town.

靴ベラが玄関にある、スプーン等の食器は誤嚥防止に役立った等、他に細かい気配りがあった。冷蔵庫の中の飲み物の質が高く、非常においしかった。

It is a great-design modern hotel, excellent staff, wonderful onsen. Only concern may be the shuttle bus is exclusive to their clients booking directly from their web. The staff helped me to reserve taxi, so no problem at all. The dinner is surprisingly remarkable.

少し温泉が緩く感じた

全てにおいて最高のサービスでした。家族みんなで行きましたが、お部屋、浴室、アメニティ、飲み物、食べ物、客室からの眺め、カラオケルーム。全部最高でした。毎年家族で行きたいと思いました。

誕生日のお祝いで行ったら誕生日ケーキを用意してくれたり、配慮がとても良くまた行きたいと思いました！

環境清幽，居高可以展望相摩灣美景，餐點用心美味，服務態度很好，住過的好飯店很多，但這家飯店可以排在前三名。

夫婦で利用したのですが、私の手違いで一人予約となっていましたが、チェックイン時にすぐに二人に変更していただきました。 ストレスなく対応していただき感謝です。 ただし、ほぼすべての宿泊施設が事前に人数、チェックイン時間、アレルギーの確認の連絡がありましたが、ここはありませんでした。 食事は大変満足しました。 十分な量とクオリティ、ペアリングのワインも最高でしたが、デザート用のワインは必要ないですね。コーヒーで十分なです。 部屋も最高でしたが、ビューバスの部屋との目隠しがバス側で不便でした。

We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!

宿泊する側への配慮が全てにおいて行き届いていました。今迄の経験とはかけ離れた経験を体感しました。ありがとうございました。

利用日前日の怪我で車椅子利用を伝えたところ、部屋に行くまでに20段程度の階段があります。という回答をいただきました。 バリアフリーではないホテルなのかな？という印象を受ける言い方でした。実際は車椅子で移動できる客室もあり、そちらの案内はありませんでした。選択の余地や配慮でお客にはわからないうちに部屋が変わっているなどあると最高のサービスと感じました。 アメニティや客室からの眺望。レストランからの眺望、料理、接客は満足しました。
