My bad for not checking the "Lowest guess ratings>" They are spot on. This hotel is an absolute disaster unless you do not plan on sleeping until after 2 am. There is a club on the first floor, and it was so loud that you could not talk to the desk person at check-in. Fortunately, she moved our reservation to a sister hotel (Hotel 1200) that was a few blocks away. That hotel did not have the club, but it is right next to the elevated train, so we had to hear that all night, but that was to be expected in this area. However, @ 2 am, all the drunken partiers came back to the hotel and were yelling and fighting in the hall. I tried to call the desk, but the phone didn't work. Eventually, I had to go out in the hall and deal with the other guests. The few employees we dealt with tried their best but they knew there was not much they could do. I am sure management will respond with a pandering response to this review, but unless you have no need to sleep, I would avoid Hotel 1080 and 1200

The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean, but it lacked common amenities like a fridge or a coffee maker. The glass for the shower was also see-through, so you can see into the shower while someone is in there from the room, which was rather uncomfortable for me and the other folks I was staying with. I did not mind the noise so much from the bar downstairs, but other people might find it an issue. I was a little surprised to still be able to hear the music from my room on the fourth floor when the bar is on the first floor, so I imagine it's more of a nuisance to folks on the lower floors. The location itself was convenient for us, which is why I booked this hotel, but I found the room lacking for its price point. I likely would not stay here again if I came up to Brooklyn again in the future.

The room we stayed in was stylish and clean. The thing is, there is a club attached to the hotel, and we were on the floor directly above the club. Club music was rattling our brains out until the wee hours of the morning, well after 1am. This was as intense as it sounds. I'm not talking about a faint sound in the distance. Just imagine you are at a dance club with loud music, heavy bass, and a crowd of people singing along to the music, and then you go to the room next door. That will give you an idea of what trying to sleep in our room was like. Not exaggerating. If you are planning to stay out until 2 or 3 am anyway, (or enjoying the club downstairs until close) this hotel room might be a good fit for you - it's a cool room. But if you're traveling with kids or trying to get up early the next morning, this room will be a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for you.

Night club downstairs bumps until 3am. If you want to party and sleep overnight this is your spot. If you want to go to sleep before 2am, it's a no go. Also couldn't open our door the whole time, had to have staff do it for us.

The price was attractive, but you get what you pay for. The subway was right out our window! The street was unattractive and always busy (well it is the city). The room was small and lacked amenities such as hair dryer, refrigerator, or house phone. It was clean. The double bed, not queen, was comfortable. TV selection was poor. The two things tied for worst were the loud audible music from the bar below on Saturday night and the fire alarm going off at 1am. Oh yes, although it is pet friendly they will charge you $75 with no statement of that on their website. There is also a daily “resort” fee of $15 per night. I guess that was for the entertaining music! We will not be returning.

Stay was amazing. Shower could’ve been better. In particular, the water could’ve been hotter and some type of barrier installed between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Also, mobile check-in

Original room reeked of weed, so reception swapped our room without argument. New room was adequate, but not particularly clean. Shower curtain was ripped. Queen bed was squishy and obviously covered in plastic because it made loud noises when we rolled over. Bar/club on the first floor woke us at 1 AM on 2 AM on Saturday night, but was otherwise quiet. Fire alarm (no sound but bright flashing light) woke us at 3 AM on Sunday night. Fire department responded, but it was a false alarm. No amenities at all. Only thing going for this property is the low price and the location, which is gritty but convenient if you are visiting someone in Bushwick. It's a 2-star hotel and not a particularly well maintained one.

When you enter Hotel 1080 you feel as if you are home away from home. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. My experience has been wonderful and, as a result, I keep returning.

I'd describe Hotel 1080 as adequate or decent. It was clean and convenient. Great location to be close to nightlife. The bed was a spring mattress so it wasn't very comfortable, but it was good enough. Decor was odd -- weird nautical clock that didn't work, ugly color red accents, and slightly industrial style. Oddly there was no trash can or phone in the room.

Rooms were messy and hot, and the club downstairs shakes the walls. No amnenities and the walls are thin making it very noisy all night long.
