Nice staff terrible management that is extremely unwelcoming and arrogant. Expect to receive harassment if you point any of the many shortcomings of the establishment I continue to receive rude emails days later from the manager for daring to post anything other than a 10/10

Staff attempted to charge for towels and only very reluctantly honoured Expedia booking’s statement they would be provided without extra charge. Beds were stacked three high. Top bunk a difficult climb and extremely hot with air conditioning only provided late evening through night and cut off early morning

The room was clean and fit my family. The place in general was ok.

Old buildings, rooms are super small , bathroom old not clean. Nothing to do around

This was a pleasant surprise in terms of service. All of the staff was cordial, and Luan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out several times. On Luan's excellent recommendation, I took a great " Best of Rio" tour. The neighborhood is very safe, so no worries there. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Another big plus is the generous space allocated for the use of guests outside the rooms. I would definitely stay at Villa 25 again in the future. Muito obrigada!

Cleanliness is an issue in private room. Also very noisy

It was a Great experience being in this Hotel, the location us great near the Metro station and several restaurants as also near to every touristic stop. The recepcionist was very kind and the Peruvian restaurant is delicious ! Would love to be back soon

Good walking distance to many things such as the train to Corcovado Central and safe Super friendly staff Was a nice surprise Stayed in the private suite all good recommend !

We had electrical problems our last night but was accommodated effectively. They were amazing overall with great customer services

cleanness, professional, 24 hour reception, fluent in English is a plus. nice comfortable beds and nice restaurant and swimming pool. good locations close to supermarket and many restaurants and close to flamengo beach within walking distances. noisy environment till 10:00 pm due to close to the bars. good for young people who enjoy chatting and drinking

Staff members are very warm and welcoming. Made me feel like I'm home. Restaurant food and services were very good.

The staff at Villa 25 were incredibly friendly and helpful, always taking the time to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The ceiling of the room we stayed in had multiple spots of past water damage and mold, but was otherwise comfortable. I would recommend bringing earplugs as noise from the restaurant does carry throughout the building.

Good place to stay, would recommend for short visits. The pool is too small to swim in, however the cafe/dining options are great.

The design of the room was nice but the loft was hard to sleep and was not comfortable.

It is a wonderful place to stay however, The staff can get better regarding attention to details.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included fresh fruit, bread, cheese, cereal, fried doughs and great coffee. Attatched restaurant was good too! Had the seviche, twice!

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Close to the metro, and both normal and moto taxi stands, the area was nice (and very safe) to walk around. Great value, would definitely stay again.
