Much to be desired

The pictures make it seem like it is a nice hotel, but it’s not. It is run-down, not very clean, breakfast wasn’t good.

Very polite and helpful hotel reception. Allowed us to store our luggage before check in time, gave us towels for pool and booked us a taxi for our return to the airport.

Bathroom window is keep opening. Otherwise good hotel

The management and everyone working there were the most gracious and kind people! A special place run by special people!

The room has nothing... 2 hard beds, no coffee or way to make coffee, no air conditioning. All in all - Nothing good to appraise.

Positive: the people that worked the front desk were absolutely lovely. Negative: Oh boy. The lock on the door is a push button like you’d have for a bedroom in a house. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online—this hotel is a catfish. The hallways to all the rooms aren’t lit and the shower didn’t work. The bed comforter was covered in holes and bleach stains, and the breakfast was as sad as a lactose intolerant dairy farmer. My friend and I paid for three nights before seeing it, and we ended up just eating our money and leaving after one night. The hotel isn’t close to any sort of city life, but it is by the water—not by the “beach”, by the water. This was a no for me, dawg.

Helpful staff very late check in but very accommodating with my request. great location

This hotel could be a lot better if they would only take some time to make the room prettier. The surrounding areas are much better decorated compared to the rooms. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, and the staff is great! The room are spacious but does not have a phone and the front desk is limited to midnight. But overall is not a bad stay.

At the payment nobody in the reception. I payed to the cleaning staff. But nobody sent the receipt

We booked this hotel on our way home since it was a little closer to the airport. We arranged a ride through the hotel to pick us up from the airport and it went well. We checked in and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And then, the discomfort starts when we tried to get settled in in the room. We tried to figure out if there was a heater since it got cold. The plugs did not work and the internet was slow. It got worst when the booked ride didn’t show up in the morning to take us to the airport. So we scrambled to get help since no one is working in the front desk. We called the number left for emergency contact and no answer. We even went out the property and get the taxi number in the waiting area so we can get a ride. Then, finally a guy connected to the hotel returned our call and we told him that the taxi didn’t show up on the agreed pick up time. So he did contact the taxi and told us to wait inside the hotel. That was a relief when the taxi showed up knowing that there was no way we can find a ride in that area. Overall it was a bad experience.

front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, no complaints about their service. The hotel was one step up from a youth hostel. The beds we uncomfortable and the springs could be felt. The blankets were old & heavy. Room heater ran all night at 30 C & we were cold in the morning. The shower was the worst. I am 172 cm and I weigh 59kg and I barely fit. The curtain didn’t fit properly & water got all over. The elevator was something out of the 1930s. You needed to open the door to get in & out. If you did not press the floor # quick enough, the light shut off and you couldn’t see. Breakfast that was served was very basic. No restaurants or anything around that was open, thank God for the corner convenience stand! On a few occasions I went to the lobby to ask a question only to find that no one was there. The suitcases were left in a room that was unlocked. We left early in the morning, we found a note under our door that suitcases had been left in the restaurant for us. The restaurant was unsecured and wide open. We were told that the front door would be locked and that no one would be at the front desk through the night, but we were told there would be security. We left at 3:00 am, & saw no security. This was a far cry from what we thought we were getting! Around 30 min from airport. There is no shuttle! You pay premium taxi rate! Uber app was more affordable. I was so embarrassed to put my parents thru 2 nights there! Never again!

Fantastic location. Beautiful port city. Friendly staff. Opposite the ocean. Heaps of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The apartment I booked never contacted may so I booked this hotel and i'm so glad I did. On the water nice restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable

It is a nice property to stay

A wonderful hidden gem. Very clean rooms, the hotel has a beach that is free to use and serves drinks and snacks. A 10 min walk north to a nice harbor with one of the best restaurants in Greece ("The President"), in my opinion. Perfect getaway if you want a few quiet days of swimming and relaxing in a sleepy seaside town close to the airport.
