Check in time was 03:00PM. I arrived at 02:00PM but no one was over there. I was waiting outside of the hostel as I didn't received any password to open the door from the owner. I got my room at 4:18PM. For the time I was there, I haven't seen any staff. So inconvenience if I need something/ask something. This is the worse hostel I have ever been experienced. Tuyen Duong
