En general, la estancia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y el personal fue amable. Cuento con estatus de lealtad que incluye posibles upgrades cuando hay disponibilidad; aunque pregunté y había habitaciones disponibles, no se me otorgó el upgrade, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante, pero no fue un problema mayor. Mi principal inconveniente fue con un objeto olvidado. Reservé una habitación adicional para mi hermana y ella dejó accidentalmente su abrigo sobre la cama. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que revisarían con el personal de limpieza y nos devolverían la llamada, pero han pasado varios días sin respuesta y ahora las llamadas van directo al buzón de voz. Hubiera sido mejor contar con un seguimiento más claro.

Clean room, staff very friendly but is too far from downtown, and the room we got was close to the street and you couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from cars and trucks motorcycles etc. bed was too small for my husband and I. Also it took us 1 hour to get to the International Airport in Morelia. The amount I was charged was not the original price. Very disappointed about this too .November 2, 2025.

Staff was AMAZING. Room had some kind of bug, woke with my legs all bitten by I don't know what. Street noise, LOUD all. Night. Long.

It was a great experience! My kids loved the heated pool and the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's personnel was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

El agua de la alberca no estaba limpia, y para compensarlo, le pusieron Cloro en exceso, de tal manera que irritó la piel de mi esposa y mi hijo. Y mientras tanto, los ojos nos lloraban no solo a nosotros, sino a otros huéspedes que estaban allí con su hijo. Ya no tienen servicio de restaurante, si quieres comer algo, debes salir.

La alberca está climatizada

Muy buen servicio, buena habitación. Muy ruidoso por el tráfico urbano de la carretera.
