In was an enjoyable stay and the apartment was fine.

Very interesting little apartment. About 25 min walk from train station. A bit of up hill with luggage. We opted for a taxi. Certainly well equipped with all you require for short or long stays. We loved the experience.

Horrible! first thing on arrival we noticed a peeping tom hole in the door to our room ("romantic suite"), whole room cheap and bodged. but what topped it all: bathroom and toilet in the kitchen accompanied by a horrid sewage smell. combination lock on entrancedoor faulty. result: we were locked out for 2 hrs.in pouring rain. owner very unhelpful. finally sent a handywoman and a handyman, offered to pay us a dinner as compensation but never did. by the way: no TV. only positives: Wifi was working and location great. we think we should at least get 50% refunded as that room doesn't meet any building regs esp.for accomodating guests. took lots of photos as proof.

While bed didn’t have enough cushion and the sounds from upper floor sometimes noisy, it’s reasonable because the price is cheaper than others, location is close to Brigen, and I could use kitchen, microwave and fridge to avoid too much expensive restaurants. One point we should be careful is actual room we stay might be different from picture and address you see in expedia. The address will be communicated by owner.
