My Points

Hotel is good but the toilet is quiet small.

Room was clean but a bit small. Customer service was very nice and give more information on hotel area and surrounding love the kitchen /dining area which also provides outdoor area for smoking.

Location near MRT Morishita, lots of restaurants, near 7-11, rooms are small but clean. Value for money.

Value for money, close with cheap restaurants and Morishita MRT

Forget the return, clean accommodation, convenient transportation
