El lugar es super acogedor, tiene unas vistas hermosas, los senderos para caminata valen mucho la pena. La comida en su restaurante es deliciosa y el servicio es de lo más atento.

This property was very nice. The cabins are somewhat rustic. The cabin had a wood burning fireplace. It was somewhat drafty but definitely an experience. The staff was very hard working and did a wonderful job cleaning and with the grounds.

Great stay near our Poas volcano destination. Attached restaurant was excellent with great staff including room service. Shower tile floor was slippery and water wasn’t too hot.

Beautiful property in the mountains. Cute private cabins with fireplace. Lovely, maintained grounds. Nice restaurant on site.

We spent a very nice night at Villa Calas. The staff were very friendly, the food and drinks were very good. The little cabin we had was decent, a little rustic with a fireplace. I do have to mention the mattress was firm, very firm.

This is a beautiful, well cared place with helpful staff.

Property is very pretty, high in mountains, its much colder there so be prepared. Every day was misty and rainy in january. Beautiful mountains views. All trails were closed due to rains. 2 hrs driving to ocean or hot springs, 1 hr from san jose. There is an issue with wifi in that property.

The hotel has an awesome view, and the breakfast is nice. Be aware that the hotel does not have AC.

Lovely chalet on a hilltop with nice restaurant view lovely views. Very friendly staff and delicious food.

No hot water and the place was freezing cold at night.

Excellent view of palm trees and mountains from our junior suite. We got by with one heater provided but I recommend asking for a second one. Relying on the fireplace was hit and miss.

A business trip made to feel like leisure in this wonderful property by Edgardo and all the team . Fabulous location for those wanting to explore the area and the chalets are perfect and enable you to feel part of the wonderful CR countryside and all it offers … I look forward to returning .

Great place to stay, feels like you're in the mountains near Poas and close enough to the capitol city of San Jose. Easy access to the area without the busy hustle of a populated area or the city. Great service at the restaurant and delicious food.
