my room was stop electric when I complained with the receptionest who is a lady, she seem not good English or she don't know what I complain, I required her to fix the electric or change other room for me she did not do anything , finally I said you could not leave me stand here and argue with me, change room need to pay more I said so how can I stay in room with out electric I need to talk with your manager she said let meet manager tomorrow. finally I try to explained to her that I don't have room to stay over night how come you insist me to stay in the room without electric she asked me to wait and finally I wait more then 3 hour since beginning to end. god I got a very unhappy day that day. because of the way they solve problem.
