Great breakfast. Good value. Simple room. Quiet. Staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was a little small in variety however it was enough. The staff were really friendly.

Great location and very helpful staff. Easy and safe and parking was very convenient. Stayed one night on our way from Calais down to the Dordodgne.

It’s a bit run down

Not very clean and area not very nice. Wasn’t told when booking that I had to book the car park. We had nowhere to park our car.

The Staff is not good

Rooms are tiny, pillows are as thin as wafers, shower dirty. Staff lovely and helpful.

An excellently located hotel in Tours. The hotel was friendly and comfortable and the breakfast was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped to enhance a great overnight stay

This property has great breakfasts, hot water and strong wifi.

For the price very good. Covered parking for the motorcycles was a bonus.

No air conditioning, despite it being advertised. Walked in on me in the shower. No refrigerator.

It advertised air conditioning (climatisation) there was NONE. Also, the wifi has a block on it that makes it virtually impossible to access most sites without a VPN. The staff were polite, but barged into our room SEVERAL times without knocking, even when there was a sign on the door. They only stopped doing so once they walked in on me in the shower.

Standard Ibis hotel, nothing fancy. About 7 min walk from train station. Receptionist lady not too friendly nor helpful.

Great stay - have stayed here a couple of times now as it works for us driving to Spain as an overnight stop. The hotel is basic but clean and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Good to have onsite secure parking that is cheaper than the nearby car parks (but vehicle has to be less than 1.8m high. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Very basic room, no extras, as expected, but functional and comfortable. Quite close to train station, which was why we chose it. We had the breakfast the first morning, and didn't find it worth the price. Second stay there the internet was not working the whole 2 days we were there. Staff was nice.

Reception was poor: we were told parking was available but on arrival told our car, a saloon, was too big. Told free parking was available, but used a metre in the end. Very basic services - even for budget, but at €70 per night - disappointing.

Location is good, staff is efficient and polite.

The property is more like a two star hostel. If that is what you're looking for then it's good, otherwise will not meet your epectations
