Everything was great except the bugs in the bathroom. So many little flies. A little far from town and has a free shuttle but not great in terms of location. Having our own pool was great

The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. The layout of the bedrooms was a bit awkward with one bedroom being separated from the rest of the villa - it was one villa but the bedroom could only be accessed from the outside. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX villas to anyone going to Krabi!! Did I mention TERRIFIC staff and Management??

Had a great stay at Lux Family Villa. The staff is fantastic, very accommodating, and the shuttle to town is a great service. Pool was comfortable and clean, internet was strong… I would definitely stay there again.

Overall pleasent stay. Enjoyed the privacy and the pool. The staff were friendly and the transport from the villa to Ao Nang Beach was very convenient.

Friendly owner, simple and efficient check in and out, also, the fact that there are ample signs along the roads leading to the villa itself, making it easy to find!

The owner takes his time to personally greet and show each guest the villas, also very accommodating and willing to help. The villas are modern, clean and well appointed, they have spacious rooms and bathrooms. The nefs are very comfortable. The property is quiet at night although the incessant chainsaw noise from the nearby plantation during the day can be pretty annoying. The housekeeping staff do a good job of cleaning the villas. Mopeds/scooters are available for rent at the property, although cheaper elsewhere in town, the ones at the villas are better maintained and more convenient. If you have the time to do your own laundry, it can be done at any number of places in town that have dryers as well, however the reception does offer a laundry service for a premium fee but it is worth the convenience when you'd rather spend your time vacationing and not doing chores. Overall, this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in southern Thailand. There is a great pride of ownership evident in the immaculate condition of the property. The owner genuinely cares about your enjoyment and satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in or near Ao Nang and I would definitely stay here again.

This little hotel is wonderful! Villas are spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed and good sheets. The pool area is great and very relaxing. There is a free shuttle to take you to and from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We loved our stay at Lux family villas, stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Great location, nice and relaxed, outside the hustle & bustle of Ao nang. The villa was clean with everything you could need. Beautiful swimming pool, a great choice for families. Free shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang beach, which we used every day, just message the driver. Ivan the manager was great, always friendly and helpful, recommending activities and local trips. Highly recommended - will definitely return.

The rooms and pool were clean and properly maintained regularly. Reception was open 24/7 and helped a lot with any problems we had like spillage. They were also helpful with recommending different activities to do and places to go along with advice on how to get there. One added benefit was the free Ao Nang beach mini bus transfer and pick up. Overall very friendly, safe and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a 2 bed villa, both with ensuite bathrooms which was a bonus. Living space was adequate but no aircon in lounge. kitchen was basic though functional. Handy porch area and dining table.Good breakfast buffet. Decent size pool, good.for.families. we .used the villa.as a base for exploring the bay. Own.transport vutal as villas are a bit out of the way.

Amazing place close enough to the action of Ao Nang with a very convenient free shuttle anytime you need. Clean, great pool and restaurant. The food was fantastic and authentic! The fossil beach and local market is very close by. The best part was the amazing staff who did all they could to help us throughout our trip. We absolutely loved it here.

This place was a beautiful oasis away from the crowds. You feel so secluded in your own villa. It has a spacious living room, kitchen, and separate bedrooms. The pool was perfect and the views from the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast wasn’t worth it. The staff were so friendly. They offer a free shuttle to and from Ao Nang beach which we used every day. We stayed for 3 nights and wish it could have been longer! This was my favorite place we stayed at in Thailand. I would come here again!

They have an amazing receptionist who was very kind and welcoming. Her name was A, and she was very prompt in helping us with our queries and helped us book our snorkelling trips. Not to mention how there was a shuttle service available to the main street and also the beach and it was constantly available. I would say this was the highlight of our stay there. Convenience at best. Totally enjoyed our stay here *thumbs up*

Clean place and staff are very friendly and very helpful. The pool is clean too. Bed is comfortable and the villa is quiet, good for resting our tired bodies.

This place is okay for the price. Didn’t like that th WiFi was out every 5 minutes...also didn’t like that the shuttle pick up was at one location along a 5 mile strip& that you call & sometimes no answer. Cats randomly roam the villa & your private pool area so if you’re allergic...
