My go-to hotel every time I visit Fuji. Close to the mosque and halal food. The room view is a definite Mt. Fuji. There's a bus stop, bike rentals, and Lake Kawaguchi right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.

I was quite skeptical at first because ive seen bad reviews about this hotel. But it was actually the best hotel during our trip. The room was the biggest and the provided futon which was very comfortable. The best part was we got the mount fuji room view.

Near to train station but still need to take a bus if you bring luggage. They also offer shuttle van at 3pm onwards from train station to hotel and vice versa but have to book first. They accept to store our luggage for the day before check in and after check out. The best part is we got the room with the mount fuji view but sadly we can’t see it due to rainy day. The room is spacious for my family and so comfortable. Will staying here again!

the staff were so helpful.. they had onsen, and bike rental.. room was spacious and clean though a bit old.. they also provided shuttle and picked us up from the train station to their hotel at 3PM.. when we got lost, they also were so helpful, sending the shuttle to find us.. thankyou so much for the wonderful experience staying in shiki no yado!

I stay on this hotel for 1 night, in the family room. The staff were so kind and nice that we were allowed to be check in earlier without any addition payment. Room was quite spacious, tidy and clean. They also provide a public onsen for hotel guests. In front of the hotel lobby there is also a bus stop "kawaguchiko herb hall" for the red line and green line bus I'm very pleased with my stay in this hotel, I will definitely recommend it to my friend and I will stay here again next time when I visit kawaguchiko. :)

The location is great, in front of Lake Kawaguchiko & has a view of Mt. Fuji. They also provide a shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station (contact them first).

I had a great room with Mt. Fuji view. There are yukatas for all of us and separate onsen for men and woman. Bathroom clean. The location just in front of Kawaguchi Lake. Difficult to find restaurant for dinner but there is Lawson near hotel.

Most hotels at Kawaguchiko is quite far from the station but some of them provide pick up service from/to station. Shiki No Yado do provide pick up service (just go to tourist information and ask them to call the hotel for you or you can use the public telephone at the station to call directly to your hotel). The hotel is also pass by the sightseeing bus.
