Great location. Super friendly staff. Some areas could use an update

Everyone was very friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable and very polite our valet service was great! definitely recommend! through our stay tornado sirens went off and we went down in the middle of the night. The night manager wasn’t so friendly we just didn’t know what to do were to go as the news was saying seek shelter and she just blew it off as it’s just bad weather it’s fine yall can go up to y’all’s room so just thought there could be better Communication about that but all in all our stay was great! Would definitely recommend

Everything was great! Hotel, rooms, hallways all clean. Great breakfast & a quick checkout. Thanks for the bottled water.

Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and coffee was good. Saw a lot of the staff doing hardcore cleaning which is nice to see.

Very clean and pretty hotel

The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of parking in the garage ( there is a fee) and the breakfast was awesome. I especially enjoyed the omelet.

Amazing place.

Poorly run. Inexperienced staff. Not on par with a typical Embassy Suites. -valet chaotic and understaffed. -front desk had one girl who new nothing. First week on the job, left by herself. -Room was noisy, poorly insulated. -no linens for pull out sofa, so had to call desk. Brought one sheet and blanket. No fitted sheet. -Restaurant was unappealing and understaffed so we went somewhere else.

Great place to stay in Amarillo our kids love it!

We arrived at the hotel first thing we had to ask for the complimentary waters,then get to our room,and the floor is soaked in front of bed. Breakfast was good though.
