Bedding was dirty, pool was green, there were condom boxes laying around on the ground on the property. The place looks like it should be condemned.

The owners and staff was nicely rude. Was very unprofessional.

I made my reservation and paid through expedia but i wasn't made aware that upon arriving at the property to check-in I would have to provide an additional $50 deposit. That was a bummer. Considering the fact that you never know how far a family may have traveled and their financial circumstances, I suggest that the site discloses the additional charge at the time the reservation is being made before it's submitted to the prospective property which will provide any future guest with a much better experience moving forward. Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely stay again and suggest this property and booking site to anyone.

The hotel had signs everywhere saying they change sheets and towels every 3 days. We stayed for 4 and house keeping never came by once. We were awoken on day 2 by constant banging and rude staff saying we need to check out. It turned out to be a clerical error on their part and no apology or compensation. Overall it was fine, had a shower and a bed. And I guess that’s all we paid for.

Bed sheets had stains and no trash can.Shower had no hot water.refigerator made noise had to unplug.

Every thing about the place is creepy. The manager on duty was so rude. The bathrooms had no tissue papers no paper towel and no soaps. The room, thete was no working appliances. In fact it is like a ghost junk yard. The facility should be close down.

Unfortunately, I booked this room (non refundable) before seeing it. There was no coffee in the room and there was none available in the lobby and no breakfast. We looked at the room and we didn't even bring our stuff in. There were 3 "suspicious" men standing outside that asked for cigarettes and food. We felt very uncomfortable and certainly not safe. This looks like a hotel that "rents by the hour" and has illegal activities going on! Awful!!

Unexpected pet fee of $50 per week. Not listed in website and looking for other places No breakfast or even coffee

The smell

TV didn’t work, there was no shower curtain and the desk attendant was picking his nose while checking me in.

Beware: After booking, paying, and receiving confirmation in advance, when we arrived at the hotel they told us they sold all the rooms and they couldn’t accommodate us. When I called Expedia to complain all of a sudden they had rooms. The rooms were filthy, the sheets were obviously slept in, when I asked for sheets they said they were “all out”. Although there is a big sign in the lobby that sad breakfast 6am-10am and it is advertised on Expedia that breakfast is included. There was no breakfast, when I asked and pointed to the sign, they said “we don’t do breakfast anymore”.

No hot water, iron didn't work, no toilet paper and they didn't have breakfast. Tv didn't work, never will l stay there again

It was terrible. The freezer was so dirty, food still in it. Liamps with no bulbs, sink leaks had to put something under it to catch water. Bathrrom shower curtain doesnt reach the bottom so floor stays soaking wet. There was no breakfast as posted. Worst stay ive had in a while.

I sent message ahead of trip, even called ahead to make sure I was able to park close to my room. The hotel desk guy was rude, and gave me a room furthest from handicap ramp. My key didn't work. I called the front desk after walking about 200 ft, got no answer. Took 20 min to get a hold of him. He then asked me to come to front desk to get key, knowing I have mobility issues. I told him no. He needs to bring me the working key. Finally 30 min later, he came with a key. He couldn't get in either. He gave me another room. He must have realized I was upset and came to his senses, then offered assistance with my suitcase I was rolling around. I politely declined, because I was using it for support, keeping myself upright. Finally I got into a room over an hour after check in. Oh boy! What a treat. The flooring was lifting, causing tripping hazard. There were dirty towels on the floor. There were shorts in the switches. The room stunk. The bed seemed clean. I hope to God it was. I have MS and I was really tired. It was a long drive from St. Louis. When you are tired and have Multiple Sclerosis, you must sleep. I really want to curl up in the fetal position and scrub my body down with bleach and brillo pads. I will be contacting the MS society and sharing my experience with this sleezy motel that doesn't seem to care about people like me. I was made to feel ashamed of myself.

Property is lovely but it could use a major face lift because the facility looks run down. It feels safe here, though, and its quiet. My room was adequately clean, and the bathroom looked clean and sanitary. The toilet needed repairing, and someone came quickly and did an expert job. I asked for the staff to change the bed linens which someone did promptly. The staff are very nice and very responsive.

The bed wasn't that clean the sheets was stained and there were roaches in the room not a good place to stay would not recommend to anyone

Staff was kind

They always have coffee made. Staff is helpful and polite. Good quality for the price. Has improved since my last stay. Bummer about the free breakfast not available but overall great value for the price.

If youre looking for cheap one or two night stay then its fine. But its not upto basic standards. They dont have breakfast. 1 lamp was not working.
