Its good

Hotel Maya Campeche is perfectly located, walkable, near everywhere you need to go. The whole city is very safe and quiet. The staff is super kind, helpful, pleasant, polite. The rooms are equipped with A/C and the entire hotel is maintained very nicely and clean at all times. I will definitely go back.

Good place for a fee night

When you are traveling from city to city the wi-fi is a most. We couldn’t search for information in our room to plan our next morning. We had to get out of our room into the lobby where it was 98 degrees. The people at the hotel are very nice and the location couldn’t be better. Overall it was good for the price.

Very nice hotel and staff At the historic centre

Location is fine, comfortable and clean room

We arrived early and then had to wait 40 minutes after check-in time for our room. For whatever reason our room had no wifi access no matter what staff tried to do. There is a great outdoor area on the second floor, which is where we went for wifi access. Room was large and well appointed. Great location in the walled part of the old city. Close to Calle 59 with lots of places to eat (try Luan!). Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Very well located and nice design. The staff is super friendly. The roof top is gorgeous. Maybe if you’re tall make peace with the fact that you’ll have you feet exceed the bed or book a king size bed. Overall I recommend.

For the price it is very good. Rooms are small without windows and bathroom very small. Lots of hor water and quiet air conditioners. Smallbar fridge and water glasses would be a great addition to rooms as no ice on premises. We liked it thought. Itis very close to most amenities.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and the room I had last time was much better. Try and stay on the first floor if you can, higher ceilings and what feels like bigger rooms. Overall, it’s a good affordable option but might be worth looking elsewhere as some rooms need updating.

A couple of blocks from the main plaza and all the restaurants. The reception staff, Lilia, Alex and Pedro were exceptional in their attentiveness. I had a room on the top floor at the end of the corridor. Completely quiet although the downside was weak wifi so far from the router. There's a room right by reception, one to avoid if possible because it could be noisy. Good choice, I'd happily stay again.

great price, great location, great service :)

This hotel is in the perfect location. We found the room to be spacious, the beds and linens extremely comfortable, and the staff to be very kind and attentive. We had a great time and are thankful to the staff for helping us enjoy our stay in Campeche. I highly recommend folks book the double room as the extra space is worth it even for a single traveler.

Beautiful City and the most important thing for tourists, security and attention is excellent. Love the property !!!

Unfortunately I got a room which wasn't clean then front-desk person gave another room which was better than the first one but still was dirty, first floor rooms are way better than second floor rooms. This is the second time I stay in the hotel which was not was I expected.

No frills, but good wifi, eager-to-please staff, and excellent downtown location.
