Previously, in 2019, I had been to Koi resort twice, each time was interested and satisfied. But this time back, things are very different. Rooms are not clean, smell musty. The garden is quite dirty, especially going to the spa pool to take a bath can't be used, there is no staff to take care of, the pool is full of garbage, looks like it's abandoned. Maybe there are not many visitors to use the service, but with such a number of domestic tourists on the occasion of the 2/9 holiday, it is enough to synchronize all areas, at least clean.
Breakfast buffet is not as rich as before, quite limited, all fast food. Previously was very impressed with Koi because it was served with very fresh fish sashimi and sushi like at the restaurant. But now I don't have it anymore.
I have dinner at the restaurant. I have a question why the service fee has to be added to Vat, but the staff can't answer. I don't think it's fair. The dish includes VAT, but the service fee plus VAT is not reasonable.
Unsatisfied trip. Probably won't be back again.
