I have always liked Embassy Suites, but I would really like to have a kettle to boil water for coffee and tea rather than the coffee maker.

Great location

The hotel is centrally located, the personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know about the Urban Destination Fee they charge per night until I checked in.

The house keeping was no where near up to par, not getting to our room until the end of the day, and being so late one day,that they they skipped it entirely. The check in staff were great, and so was the bar and breakfast staff

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful nor understanding of our situation, they didn’t even explained to us exactly how the fees and taxes are accounted for. They were not transparent, our room wasn’t clean full of dust and the chamber maid never changed our towels or gave us enough soap and toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting and horrible service and worst experience ever!!!

Room size was advertised as 277 sq. ft. The room is smaller. False advertising.

Embassy suites was centrally located easy walking to most attractions lots of shopping restaurants bars great location People are friendly.

Being a Hilton Hotel I was initially concerned that it would be another inner NYC hotel with no service or atmosphere. How wrong was I from the initial check in where the lady was a real pleasure, friendly and very interested in us and the check in absolutely seamless. The various concierges in the foyer couldn’t have been more willing to assist us. On arrival in our room 2520 (which was advertised as having views of the Empire State Building) we were amazed at the perfect view of one of New York’s most iconic landmarks as well as a direct view of the colourful facade of the Macy’s store on Broadway. The room was satisfactorily roomy with a large and comfy king sized bed, a sofa bed at the end, a large modern HD television, and a clean and more than adequate bathroom, plus a bar fridge, small microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. What was a surprise was a plentiful and very nice inclusive continental breakfast, with the jewel in the crown being each evening having 2 complimentary drinks plus snacks in the dining area - was not expecting that but pleasantly received. The hotel being on W37th Street is very close to Times Square, virtually on Broadway, and a short walk to 34th Street Subway Station, plus an easy stroll to most significant NYC features. The entire staff from the check in staff, to dining area staff, & most importantly the cleaners, and the concierges were very very friendly which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Embassy Suites for making our stay great!
