Terrible hotel full of drunk young people playing music loudly in the early hours

Pretty average hotel, No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds very comfortable on the plus side and rooms cleaned daily. Hotel extremely noisy at night 3 - 4.30am every morning drunken groups shouting and singing loudly. Then refuse lorries emptying bins every morning around 7am. So not much sleep. Meals very basic and repetitive not much to variety. Hotel staff however very friendly.

this hotel is excellent to be very close to all the Ballermann action....perfect to party all day and all night

This is a small hotel a few minutes walk away from the beach and shops on the front. The hotel staff are amazing and do anything to help. It's such a shame that groups of young men and women cannot behave themselves at all times. I cannot fault the hotel at all and would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and staff but in the wrong place if you want a bit of piece, right next to the very noisy night life and very German we were only English in hotel

stayed at the hotel june 2017 , nice clean and friendly staff , reception was very helpful, a little entertainment would have been nice, food not too bad , don't like cold chips which was every night.

It was really good choice for a two day stay. It was clean and the staff was helpfull.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten bequem, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte zu meinem Geburtstag eine kleine Überraschung auf mein Hotelzimmer bekommen, vielen Dank dafür! Pool ist groß und angenehm. Der Bierkönig, Bamboleo und die Rutschbahn sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Würde wieder kommen!

Für 323 Euro war nicht mal ein Frühstück dabei

Mehr als man von einem Ballermann-Hotel erwartet!

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl umd Abwechslung vom Frühstücksbuffet war soweit ok, kenne aber auch vielfältigere Buffets. Das Hotel war immer sauber und gepflegt und hat seit der Renovierung auch einen modernen ansprechenden Look bekommen

Bis auf einige Ameisen in den Zimmern, ist das Hotel für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Hat alles was man braucht.
