Room was ok; staff was mixed - reception was great, housekeeping was not

Had booked this hotel for parents. They had a comfortable stay and the staff was very courteous. The food, ambience and closeness to the Airport are some of the positives of this hotel.

In the centre of Camp the Residency Club makes a good base and benefits from some good outside space in an otherwise busy town. As a 3 star budget friendly hotel I happily spent 6 days here in one of the small 'Studio', which was more than sufficient for a single traveller, especially as there was the outside and other public areas to use. The al la carte food was good for lunch and dinner, although the buffet breakfast was rather limited. The bar offered a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. All in all, I would very happily stay here again on my next trip to Pune.

Food was very bad. Rest all is fine. Food taste must be improved on priority nadis.

Average at it’s best, compared to other properties around the area. HORRIBLE INTERNET, if you rely on internet do not go there.

Great value for money, excellent suite rooms with good facilities

It’s ok - pretty basic and feels like it’s not been updated since the 1980s. Expensive for what it is - example is a very very basic breakfast with cheap coffee, no choice of breads and pretty rude staff who can’t care less

Great experience, except all sporting facilities like pool, badminton, etc. are closed on Monday. If someone is wanting to go there to unwind, please give Monday a miss.

It was good. Worth the price. The location was good for my purpose and the place has a club like vibe.
