Very clean and relaxed atmosphere Kind personnel

First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs, solar and other energy/resource saving measures. We felt safe throughout the trip and there is 24hr security on site

Everything was amazing. Only inconvenient the light service went out on two occasions. However the staff helped. When the light went out also water service was not available.

This is a beautiful property.

Place was really nice and definitely clean. The staff was great. Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries.

Todo muy limpio, el ambiente muy familiar, todo el personal muy atento. Mi único inconveniente es que la habitación estaba conectada con una villa más grande, lo separa una puerta perfectamente cerrada, y había adolescentes a un lado que hacian demaciado ruido en la noche, notifique a la recepción, pero igual los chicos no hicieron caso. Obvio eso no depende del personal, más bien de la educación de quién te toque de vecino. Sino tienes problemas con esos detalles, es un hospedaje muy recomendable

No hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor las habitaciones de arriba son insoportables pues no hay mosquiteros y no se puede abrir. Además que solo tiene la ventanita del baño para abrir. Dicen que facturan y hoy, dos días después, no he recibido la factura y la he pedido 4 veces y solo dicen "en un rato la mando"

El lugar está muy lindo, con buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo mucho!

En general todo estuvo bien. Muy limpio y cómodo. Mi sugerencias: poner toallero en lavamanos, tapete de toalla para salir de la regadera y poner instrucciones para el uso de la cafetera

Habitación limpia, amplia y confortable Al llegar cuenten bien los artículos que tienen en refri y barra ya que nosotros solo tomamos una sopa instantánea y resultó que hacía falta un chocolate que nosotros no tomamos

Si. Me gustaría que fueran más enfáticos que es un alojamiento totalmente familiar y es esperado encontrar niños en las áreas comunes.
