The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and the location was very convenient. 3 minute walk to the market and 15 to Jeonju Hanok. Parking was available but getting to it required a little work. Very narrow alleys to navigate and tight parking.

Best location for Hanoi Manuel. Good receptionist. Clean room.

The best thing about this hotel is its affordable price and proximity to all the major tourist sites in Jeonju. That said, the property itself is located in a back alleyway that isn't well lit. The fact that there was no permanent staff in the lobby adds to the feeling of insecurity if you intend to do some sightseeing during the night time. I wasn't too impressed by the quality of the room--think motel-- but it was serviceable for what it cost. Overall, I would probably book another hotel for my next travel to Jeonju even if it means spending a bit more.

The staff was friendly and attentive and our room and the public spaces we always clean. The room was large for a mid-priced hotel in Korea and we appreciated that.

Not a Hotel. Just motel. Do not expect for general atmosphere of a hotel. stinky barhroom.

Conveniently located to bigger the shopping area and Hanok Traditional Village. It was very clean and well kept. Hun at the front desk spoke English very well and was a huge help to us.

Modern Hanok style. Very good and clean hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is VERY new. Only negative thing is the floorheating. It is very hot in the room. You sleep on the floor. Opening a window means even more heat from the floor! :-( Receptionist does not speak English, but is very helpful with Google translate!

숙소가 청결하고 사장님이 친절하세요. 전용 주차장이 있어서 주차도 편하게 했습니다.

사장님도 아주 친절하시고 주차자리도 좋아요. 객실도 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 다음 전주여행때도 재방문할게요!

방상태가 깨끗하지 못하고 벽지도더럽고 냄새도 심해요 화장실바닥에 먼지가 물을뿌리니깐 먼지가 뭉땡이로 내려감

매우 만족하고 직원도 친절하고 만족합니다.다음에 또 전주 오면 숙박하게습니다.별점 5개 줍니다.

에어컨조절이 좀 아쉬웟어요~^^

연휴중 투숙하여 품질 대비 숙박료가 상당히 높은 편 이었으나, 접근성이나 친절도등은 나쁘지 않았습니다.
