Great location, easy walk to everything. Big clean apt. Note that some of the apts don’t have a washing machine so make sure to request it if you want one. The street trams are noisy if you leave the windows open (no a/c). They also don’t let you leave luggage after check out which is disappointing but the staff were friendly.

Pros- nice compact studio with cute little balcony overlooking city. Very polite english speaking receptionist girl.Towel dryer in the bathroom is a plus. Cons- horrible, super cheap and overused pillows. Requested an extra regular blanket, was given a trow that is not in a nice condition. Breakfast is so-so, coffee outrageously horrible, not drinkable. Bathroom did not have a curtain, so water was everywhere. In general very cheap amenities are being used . Some electrical wires were sticking out in bathroom over the vanity mirror. Spyder web in the corners. Water was not refilled daily. I have been advised that side of the building is a bit noisy, but I did not expect THAT noise level so loud impossible to sleep at night when tram is passing every 5 min . Tram service is over feom midnight till about 4:30am, so this is the amount of sleep I was able to get. Not healthy level of the noise! For the price I paid, it must be perfect. They advertise as superior quality, which is absolutely not.

A newly renovated modern, apartment type hotel in the center of the city. Located in an older style XIX century building. Close to everything. Check-in and out without a problem, done within a second. Bottle of wine as a welcome gift. However, the street is noisy because of streetcars running in front of the windows. To protect your ears you get earplugs :) I survived without using them. I recommend this hotel!

Easy to find, very convenient and accessible, recycling bins, bottled water, tea and coffee, comfortable beds, very clean and tidy.

Huge spacious 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and pull out couch for the kids. Corner market just down steet. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes as well as the city sites. Had issues with communicating to reception as they did not speak English or German well but got by. The guy on the phone who took my registration and gave apartment code spoke fluent English though. Very pleased with what we got for the money paid. Modern renovated apartments but the facade of building older and could be misleading but you will be happy once you get inside. There is a tunnel to drive through off the street to secured parking area in the back. Breakfast available for extra payment but with full kitchen we just bought stuff from the corner market.

Great service the issue were very loud guest on the second floor- we couldn’t sleep until 5am .

Pobyt oceniamy za dobry. Jednak bardzo głośno i jeżdżące tramwaje budziły nas już o 5 rano. W apartamencie brak zmywarki, mikrofalówki mimo że jest duży aneks kuchenny. Powinno byc jakies udoskonalenie tego apartamentu. Cena za dobe mocno wygórowana.

Noisy Apt also windows Old Cold air coming in and Bathroom Tub Clogged. Paid for 9 nights stayed only 1 moved and Booked by Expedia new Apt much better. Customer Service lied to Expedia saying they offered to moved us to new apt which is a Lie. Very Rude Owner saying he won’t refund as some Guidelines and Rules but place was and is not as Advertised Sorry

Plenty of space, the downside is the bedroom and the curtains that were extremely thin and do not prevent any degree of sunlight coming through. Property also lacks air conditioning. Parking at the rear is convenient but it is not secure.

Big and brigth room, clean a new. Ac didn't work but the room was big an fresh air was enough. Room was a little noisy, because the location's near tramway path

Superb space, self-catering, lovely staff. I liked the new furniture, light and airy space. Soundproofing inside could be better.

Very comfortable, clean, convenient location at city center. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Delicious breakfast with room delivery. Close to our favorite coffee shop “Przystań na Kawę” excellent expresso and cakes. We enjoyed walking to Park Kadprowicza and Jane Błonia, Wały Chrobrego, Zamek and evening Szczecin has to offer. Szczecin has a feeling or Paris of the North. I would come here again.

Very spacious, great décor and well-stocked with glassware, dishes and cookware. Beds and sofa beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the uncommonly hot weather. We had to leave our windows open through the night and getting used to the noisy street took some time.

Convenient, within walking distance to tram stop.

This is a really nicely, modern finished apartment. Great bathroom. Parking at the back. Only downside is late check in and early'ish check out... Good area.
