I'd like to suggest some improvements. Lately, the hotel feels run-down, even though it used to look very new. Many hotels have sprung up in Ao Nang, so if the exterior isn't renovated, I might not want to stay there again.

Book a Superior Pool access room when booking in the photo, the room looks beautiful and very wide, but when you find the real thing, it is super disappointed. The room is so cramped that it is uncomfortable. The bathroom door is designed as a large wooden door to slide. But very difficult to use, difficult to scroll, not okay if going to Ao Nang again, this hotel would like to buy

Complimentary mini bar. Clean & spacious room with 2 queen beds. Good breakfast spread. Only hassle is the a/port transfer bus can’t be booked from the hotel, only allowed full charter instead. Overall was a good stay.

Friendly staff, excellent view from deluxe cliff view room. Basic free mini bar re-stocked every day. Great lighting and spacious clean interior design. Fantastic view from swimming pool as well.

Room was big, toilet was big, every thing was so damn good. The only thing I was not happy was they did provide laundry bag but we are not allowed to bring it back, so where do we put our dirty clothes? Overall, everything was very good.
