On arrival, the hotel staff did not mentioned that Onsen surcharge has to be paid at check-out on top of the hotel charges which was paid earlier online. Room was big however the hotel decoration needed to be updated. Free WiFi only available in the lobby not in the room. Lucky I was staying in the low floor so still can tap on it. Onsen was good and hope will visit it again.
