The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service.

The hotel was clean, the carpeted hallways looked nice and clean, however the rooms were small, especially the bathroom which was very small, but clean. Check-in took a bit long. I had a decent experience at the hotel restaurant, but the prices weren't cheap. There were no slippers provided in the room.

It's a good option when attending congress events at Impact Arena.

The price is high, but there's really no bell boy. There should be one.

We stayed here for 1 night for Day6's The Decade concert at Impact Arena. Thank you Ibis for letting us check in early at noon because we have to attend soundcheck at 14.00. The skybridge to the arena is also convenient! Will definitely stay here again if we have another concert at Impact.

Check-in and check-out were quick, and the location is certainly close to Impact Arena, making it perfect for those who want to watch a concert but still want to walk from the venue. There's a skywalk on the second floor, so it's only a 10-minute walk to Impact Arena. The room was fairly clean, but I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any complimentary toiletries or toiletries for a hotel of this class. There was only free soap.

I like that there is a covered way leading to the BTS station, and it is suitable for runners to run on the running track under the expressway until reaching Somdej Park.

Everything is good except for the restaurant downstairs. When there are a lot of people, the food comes out slowly. I sat waiting until I was sleepy.

Stayed here for my Jhope concert and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early! Really nice engaging staff, plus the skybridge to Impact Arena made my concert experience feel a little less tiring!

The hotel is near Impact. You can walk there. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom has a little black mold stain, but overall it's good. The breakfast has a variety. Recommended for those who come to concerts near Impact or Thunder Dome.

If you come to see a concert, I recommend staying here. It's nearby, easy to travel, and very safe. You can call a motorcycle taxi or walk back after finishing your neck. It's easy to call a car and the fare is not expensive. The room is very clean.

The accommodation is comfortable and has all the amenities. However, the room is not soundproof. You can hear the sound from the next room.

The location is very strategic because it is very close to the impact arena, you can even get there only via the sky walk.

pros: quite close to Don Mueang airport, very close to the impact arena concert venue, there are also quite a few places to eat + convenience stores around. cons: far from the city and far from BTS, so taking grab everywhere is expensive hehe
