Very nice stay in a great location.The attached restaurant was also very nice with very good prices and a digital menu in French and English. The air conditioning was top notch and when I closed the windows at night to go to bad it cooled the room to whatever temperature I wanted in minutes. My only negative was the fact that Moroccan drivers LOVE to honk and it is directly on a roundabout; so when the late night cabaret's close at 3am it can be very loud. I always carry ear plugs for travel so I wasn't bothered. Also an electric kettle would have been nice as Tangier is famous for their tea which is readily available and cheap across the city.

Amazing staff, nice hotel, close to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby

The location was excellent! The room was facing the beach, there were a huge selection of shops and eateries around, all at walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and we had no issues checking in and out. On occasions it was slightly noisy on the main promenade, but the hotel was not responsible for any of this. It was well worth the price we paid, especially being the peak season.

They change our room without asking me, it was very noisy

El hotel vale lo que pagas , es un Hotel barato, mi cuarto tenia tv y aire pero no tenia los controles para usarlo, tenia vista al mar pero se escucha todo el ruido de la calle , en la ducha se sale el agua , el personal fue amable, hacen limpieza diaria, la ubicacion es excelente.

Customer service from Fidwa and Mohammed was excellent… they were polite and supportive. I am happy with customer service provided to Fidwa and Mohammed..

In a very noisy area

Only 2 things: they need install noise reduction windows… and they need to better train their staff in “hospitality”

Great location in front of the ocean and close to shopping mall and good restaurants. I find staff is kind of oblivious to the needs of someone who just checks in. The reception was cold and without explanation of the hotel amenities or whatsoever. A person who didn’t speak English, French or Spanish took me to a room on the 2nd floor which wasn’t ready, then to the 3rd floor, it wasn’t ready either. Finally to the 1st floor to a noisy room almost at street level with no towels. I had to ask twice for. I came from a long trip by land and I needed a shower. It took TWO hours to finally get them. Not impressed with the staff.
