Modern boutique style pet friendly hotel. Great location right by sea front and pier. Staff were good, looked busy at times with just a couple on duty but always friendly. Room was a superior double but bed seemed a lot bigger located on floor 3 at rear of hotel. Window to room opened a few inches so I could imagine in the summer it’ll get very hot!! There was a fan available in the room. Lovely touch was the tassimo coffee to make drink, plus kettle for tea coffee or hot chocolate. Other compliments were free bag of 2p for arcades, eye mask, ear plugs and shower cap. Some nice touches plus cans of water, pen and note pad. Bathroom clean, great hot shower and free toiletries so no need to pack those. We stayed room only but heard the breakfast is very good. Used the bar several times as it has a prime location to just sit and watch world go by. Hotel nicely decorated and very modern. Would definitely return as it’s has everything to offer.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they gave great advice

Booking in was very easy you book in yourself it very easy to do also could have gone to reception if needed. Approached by a very friendly member of staff if we needed help, informed of breakfast times and when the bar was open till. Rooms were lovely and clean. Special touch of a bag of 2p’s to go and spend at the arcades to relive our child hood memories very lovely touch. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

Great welcoming staff and a clean hotel that was very well run.

We had dog friendly rooms - lovely and spacious. Shower was great and hot - great base to walk and enjoy the coast. Breakfast excellent

Lovely sea view room, Room could benefit from a little tlc ie carpet looked badly stained / dirty in areas, paint touch up required around the bath, light to bathroom mirror not working . Staff very friendly/helpful Lovely breakfast

Checking in was easy except for the keyboard on the tablet was very small which made it difficult to type. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Hotel was perfectly placed for the seafront. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked food is always the best. Overall very good hotel, we will book again in the future.

The room was a Seaview very clean and spacious very comfortable bed and the staff was welcoming and polite

Room was clean and bright, good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks. Biscuits. Coffee machine. Breakfast was really good. All the staff were really nice 👌. Just planning another trip to llandudno.

Only stayed one night but will definitely return Spotlessly clean Room was fabulous Very quiet too Great central.location

Clean room. Very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely place although lift broke down but breakfast and staff were amazing and location excellent. Only downside was trying to park and took an hour to find a space over a mile away, but Hotel can’t help that. Nice touch with a doggy sausage for breakfast and pennies to play slot machines and roll back the years!

Couldn’t fault anything . Got a great early week deal. Service was excellent at checking in and breakfast . Excellent breakfast well worth the £15.00 for 2. Cost me the same amount as the Bella Vista which is next door .We have unfortunately stayed thier before which is really poor accommodation.
