Great hotel, a short 8 minute walk above the beach. An awesome beach, and a great hotel. Good fitness room. Great view. One suggestion: climate change - keep that swimming pool open until the END OF OCTOBER!

Probably the best hotel in Shirahama. 5 min walk from the beach. Clean, large property. Pool area is fantastic if you have kids and the rooms are large. Bonus point for the Onsen on the last floor with view of beach and sunset. I do not recommend the food. Looks terrible.

Easy to access to beautiful shore

Felt like being transported back to the 1950’s. If you like lots of kids, this is your hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Shirahama an unusual destination.

The location surrounding with many small shops that is attractive. Staff are helpful.

If you are staying here, spend the extra and get to room with a private bath and ocean view.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful and the rooms were very clean. A lot of nice places, by the beach, to eat. Only issue was the walk back to the hotel is all up hill. Could get taxi to take us from hotel to restaurants, but couldn't find on to take us back.

I love everything about this hotel. My only complaint is that the pool hours were very short. It would be nice to use the pool early in the morning and in the evening as well, since it’s so hot in September.

excellent view of Shirarahama Beach balcony of in-room onsen is sealed by glass with a window opens a little. Good in winter perhaps, but a little too hot and humid in summer. Overall the hotel is near excellent.

Superb experience.

Property was lovely, the in-room onsen was fantastic with great views overlooking Shirahama Beach, especially at sunset. Within walking distance to Shirahama Beach. Staff were thoughtful and friendly!

Great location with views of the beach. Comfy beds with food options in walking stance and great staff. Only knock was that we didn’t know we were getting charge for the running water in the private onsen because if we knew we would have had it turned off.
