Convient, clean & friendly helpful staff.

Always a good economical option that's usually close to train stations. Can't beat the free buffet breakfasts with local foods. Women founded and run chain hotels.

Standard japan hotel. There are 2 shopping malls nearby and a shopping acrade. The walls in my room are thin and i can hear showering and some other unidentifiable sounds through the wall. Not sure if it's the same for other rooms.

It was in a good location. We tried to park our car into their car park but there was a height limit (1.5M) for cars so we weren't able to use the car park in the end. However, they have a deal with another car park which we paid 600YEN per night for in the end.

A bit dated and not as good as other branches. Car parking has height limited, you may need to park in other parking

Close to station, stores and restaurants. Room was very clean and quiet. No complaints

Can’t miss this hotel just a short walk from station. Simple breakfast Japanese style and room a bit tight but all the basic amenities one would expect from a business hotel in japan. Very clean.

美味しい朝食が用意されていて満足。

スポーツの大会で連泊しました。朝食バイキングについて。 開始時間前から行列ができており、並びましたが時間がきても人数の割に全然進まないので見ていると、同じ大会の参加者が朝食とは別に沢山弁当箱にも詰めて持ち帰る姿が多数見受けられました。実際にそれを大会中に食べている人も見ました。 結局朝食は諦めるしかなかったのですが、これはルールとして認められているのでしょうか。それとも黙認されているのでしょうか。 朝食付なので選んだ面もあったので、残念でした。

接待人員熱心、有禮、專業，但停車庫沒列名停有高度限制，在泊車上的安排就不太滿意，因本人駕駛的是日產Roox的小車，車身長3.395mm、寛1.475mm、高1.780mm的小車，都已超越停車庫的泊車高度限制，無法進入停車庫，只能停泊戶外停車場，但戶外停車場和酒店不是相連，要走一段距離才能到酒店，又遇上雨天的程況還要拉著行李，就更不方便。

良かったです 朝食がもう少し遅い時間まであるとより良かったです

I've always wanted to discuss this interesting observation. Due to business trips, I've tried booking through Japanese hotel websites and other platforms like Hotels.com, and after staying at this hotel multiple times, here's what I've noticed. I'm not sure if this is TOYOKO INN's policy「おもてなし」 1.When booking through Japanese hotel websites: Check-in from 15:00 When booking through Hotels.com and other platforms: Check-in from 16:00 2.When booking through Japanese hotel websites: Renovated rooms with large desks and well-organized layouts When booking through Hotels.com and other platforms: Older rooms with small desks, typically near elevators, etc."

タッチパネル式のチェックインは時代の流れでいいとしても、スタッフが目の前にいるにもかかわらず、基本口頭でのホテル案内が一切されないのはいかがなものかと思う。

ホテルに駐車場はありますが、 高さ制限があり ほとんどの車は入れないと思います。 その旨をホテルのホームページ等に書かれた方が良いと思います。
