Room was very dirty with cobwebs in the bathroom and the bedroom. Stains on the bed sheets and pillows. Dirty marks on the walls. Corners of the room and bathroom not cleaned properly with very old build up of dirt. However you get what you pay for.

Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room padt about 8 lads & girls all of there heads

Didnt expect a palace at the price charged, poor standard of accomodation, broken shower, very uncomfortable bed, noise throughout the night, its like a crack house.

Not worth even a tenner.

The hotel cancelled my booking on the day of check whilst on my way to the hotel.

Was very noisy inside … was Woking and got no sleep will not be stopping here again it was poor

No disabled parking. Had to park and then walk across the petrol station forecourt! No tea or coffee in the room and wasn’t told about the shared kitchen downstairs! Very noisy, had someone coughing their guts up all night next to us, sounded like severe copd so didn’t get any sleep! Bed was very hard! Wish I’d paid for the cheaper place further away!

Perfectly adequate for the money, parking, kitchen, shop downstairs, no palace but perfectly fine if on a budget... Make sure you haveID cos they were very strict with that

Nice staff, nice room with kettle and ensuite shower.We are in our 3rd week as it is a reasonable price.

Asked for a different room as asthmatic and winfoe is above petrol pumps ,one week leter nobody has helped. Reasonable price ,nice cleaners but vleaning room is only once a week not daily as advertised.Terrible smell from the communal kitchen

This is the work hotel i have been in, in my lifetime. It shouldn't be approved, its directly on top a filling station. It had mould in bathroom, I could not shower, the toilet was smelling badly, even flushing didnt take smell away. Staff said they dont handle cleaning, ask website for a refund.

Room was extremely tiny.. no working telly for the first two days, after was promised to be replaced on first day, no refreshments in room, promised refund never received.. owner or manager refused to pick up the phone to receive complaint despite polite requests .. WILL DEFINITELY NOT STAY AGAIN

Environment

Started with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff who showed me the room. Room is fine for short stays, it's a little rough around the edges but clean and tidy and certainly good value. Note there is no tea or coffee provided but there is a kettle and shop next door so not a problem. Would recommend it for it's excellent value!
